An idle mind is the devil's mind-field in which he plants seeds of doubts and mistrust into our thoughts. A mind-field are negative thoughts that are planted in the mind of an individual which are designed to explode and destroy them and others within their radius. These explosive thoughts could be triggered or set off at any given time by anyone including ourselves. One way to counteract our negative thoughts is with positive affirmations. Don't allow the enemy to play with your mental with distractions and confusion.
