Christian Mentorship

Purpose and Goal

Our purpose and goal in life is to help you achieve yours.

"But the plans of the Lord stand firm forever, the purpose of His heart through all generations.” Psalm 33:11

“I press on toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.” Philippians 3:14

What is Christian mentoring?

It is when we invest our God-given wisdom into another person. Wisdom is developed through personal experiences, the Bible, and the Holy Spirit.

We can never underestimate the power of prayer, fellowship, and agreement.

"Iron sharpeneth iron; so a man sharpeneth the countenance of his friend."  Proverbs 27:17

We are called to live out our faith as we experience everyday life struggles.  When we’re facing difficulties that seem so unbearable, we must look to heaven. The Lord told us that these things may come, but He made an unbreakable promise to us. He said that He will never leave or forsake us, and to be of good cheer, because He has overcome the world for us (Deuteronomy 31:6, John 16:33). How we respond to our situations is vital.

I am here to:

  1. mentor you through the Word of God, giving you tools to help you in your time of need.

  2. impart the fundamental Biblical truths of the Scriptures into your situation.

  3. help you grow spiritually and improve your relationship with Jesus Christ and others.

  4. help you set specific goals for yourself to improve your overall personal development.

  5. teach you that prayer, faith, fasting, and the Bible are necessary tools to overcome root issues spun from trauma, emotional wounds, hinderances, depression, anxiety, relationship or family issues, fear, low self-esteem, stagnation, etc.

  6. address areas of struggles as it relates to ungodly thinking and practices through the Word of God.

Healing and restoration come with much prayer, fasting, and a willingness to submit unashamedly and totally to God’s plan for your life. The healing process will bring up old wounds; you may even shed tears of frustration. However, having a deliberate plan for seeking God will allow you to get to the root of your issues so you can experience the joy you were meant to have.
